After making several vintage reproduction doll heads I offered them in my Etsy Shop, but, they weren't such a big hit, soooo, I used them to make some assemblage dolls and named them, "Ornie-ments." I almost named them, "Poquito de Todos," which means a little of everything, considering they just about used up all my supplies. Each Ornie has a different look and were a lot of fun to make. I want to send them to Art Doll Quarterly and see if they make "Show and Tell." But I think I'll put them in my shop instead. I finally decided to use wire to hang them like ornaments.

STEAMPUNK NECKLACE
I listed another item in my Etsy shop today. It's called, "Steampunk Necklace." I used a haunting image of a young dapper Victorian man set in resin in a vintage watch movement. I also soldered a vintage binding doll arm with an O-ring to dangle below. The piece hangs on a 23" aged ball chain.

MYSTERIOUS
I listed another dragonfly series assemblage necklace to my Etsy shop. The resin head is cast from a mold of an authentic vintage German doll head. I'm finding these reproduction doll heads to be quite versatile in the creating process.

DEMENG INSPIRED ASSEMBLAGE
(SOLD)
I finally created an assemblage inspired by Michael Demeng. It is named, "El Corazon." I found an old lid to an altoid tin forgotten in my junk box. It's rusted with an accumulation of past attempts in making something, not sure what. As you can see, the text spells out Corazone, because the piece looks as though it hails from another zone.
