GEORGIAN OR VICTORIAN WINGED CHERUB OR CUPID AND HEART INTAGLIO MOTTO WAX SEAL

This is one of the sweetest glass intaglio seals from my collection.  The engraving depicts a winged cherub or cupid plucking a heart from thorny branches.  

The French sentiment above, "Nul Plaisir sans Peine" translates to "Pleasure without penalty" or "Pleasure without pain."
